How to use this template?
The Risk Assessment Template can be customised to suit specific projects for opening access to digital cultural heritage collections.
Identify risks: List potential risks, noting their descriptions and categories.
Analyse risks: Assess each risk's likelihood and potential impact to assign an overall risk rating.
Evaluate and prioritise: Rank risks based on their risk rating and impact on operations, assigning priority levels to focus on the most critical.
Develop mitigation strategies: Define measures for each risk, specifying responsible parties and needed resources.
Monitor and review: Track each risk’s status and regularly review to update mitigation measures and priorities as needed.
